Marker Employment Services Division was set up in 2005 to provide recruitment and consultancy services to the Employment Services industry in Australia. We are the sole recruitment consultancy that provides as specialist services to this very important Australian industry sector. As such we are currently work with a range of providers- not for profit community and for profit- that deliver the various employment services contracts-Job Network, PSP, JPET, DOES( providing both capped and uncapped services) and CWC.
 
Our team of consultants all have experience with the employment services industry and we currently have offices in Melbourne , Sydney and Brisbane and offer a remote service for providers in  regional areas and other states from those offices. As experienced professionals from the industry, our consultants see their role as providing not only specialised recruitment but advice to providers on current industry employment trends, branch structure and staffing and current salary and incentive( where relevant) trends. Our recruitment process is tailored for each individual client and may consist of designing and delivering company based assessment centres for providers requiring multiple hiring's, individual recruitment exercises accessing our extensive candidate database and network or specified search assignments for more senior roles.
