Kathryn Milner - Principal Consultant
Kathryn commenced with Marker Consulting in March 2008. With over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry, Kathryn has a proven track record of exceeding both client and candidate expectations. Her recruitment experience in the Executive, Accounting, Legal, Property and Business Support sectors has enabled Kathryn to build on her strong interpersonal communication skills and develop extensive networks. Kathryn began her career working in the Employment Services sector, actively recruiting, and then at a later stage managing a national business stream.
Recently, Kathryn has worked with a well established, high profile recruitment agency undertaking executive search and selection, as well as specialising in the areas of compliance and best practice.
Kathryn prides herself on her high values, strong ethics and confidentiality. She demonstrates this through ensuring that she has the right cultural, skill set and environmental fit. She believes that her job is complete when she has achieved the best outcome for both her client and candidate.
Kathryn has joined Marker Consulting to partner with our National accounts in the Queensland market. She is well known for her consultative approach, and sees herself as an extension of her clients’ recruitment and selection process.

Having recently completed a Bachelor of International Business in International Marketing, Katrina has joined Marker Consulting to establish an exciting career in recruitment. With an exceptional track record in sales, marketing and a genuine interest in people, Katrina is a valued asset to the Brisbane team. Rebecca comes to Marker Consulting from a traditional temp recruitment background, specialising in education. She brings with her a proven ability and skills to provide her clients and candidates with a consultant who is focused on understanding their needs and delivering accordingly. Mark O'Connor - Principal Consultant, Employment Services Division
Mark commenced with Marker Consulting in October 2007, and brings with him a thorough knowledge of Job Network operations, together with experience as an internal recruiter. Within the Employment Services Sector he has held roles as a Job Search Trainer, Long Term Unemployed Case Manager and Team Leader. During his 4.5 yrs in the field he also gained an understanding of various related programs such as Disability Employment, Personal Support and Jobs Pathways Employment & Training.
With proven success within Employment Services, Mark takes a consultative approach when speaking with industry professionals and entry level candidates alike. He strives to exceed expectations when assisting a candidate, be it a career change or a 'foot in the door' opportunity he takes great satisfaction from seeing the process through from start to finish.
From a client perspective, Mark is able to demonstrate a real understanding of roles and associated duties. Along with establishing the appropriate culture fit for any organisation, he will also ensure that candidate motivators are in line with a client's ethos and mission.

Keticia Rose - Principal Consultant, Employment Services Division
Keticia joined Marker Consulting in January 2008, and brings with her a wealth of experience within the Employment Services and Vocational Education and Training sectors. She has 7 years experience within Job Network and has worked in 3 successive Employment Services contract periods, holding a variety of roles including Job Search Trainer, Long Term Unemployed Client Manager and Team Leader. During this time Keticia’s extensive knowledge of contractual obligations and her drive to succeed provided her with recognition as a high achiever who could deliver results.
In addition to her Job Network experience, Keticia has also held roles within a private recruitment company, Registered Training Organisation and New Apprenticeship Centre. This range of experience provides her with an understanding of what it takes to work within these fields. Having recently returned from China, where she delivered TESOL training and wrote a number of TESOL programs, she is experienced in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
Motivated by providing excellent customer service, delivering on promises and building strong relationships, Keticia understands the importance of tailoring a service to individual business needs and enjoys using a solution focused approach.

Amanda Allwright – Executive Associate
Amanda has an extensive background within the Recruitment Industry, having consulted in both the Sydney and Brisbane markets for the past 7 years. She joined Marker Consulting in 2002 as their first employee and has played a key role in the development of the brand within the local market.
An in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry and experience across all sectors, has enabled Amanda to really 'partner' with her candidates and clients. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, she worked for two major international insurers and has a comprehensive understanding of this sector.
Amanda prides herself on providing a solution orientated, outcome driven and proactive approach which results in ongoing repeat business and a steady stream of referrals.
