Your help was massively appreciated, particularly when the pressure was on to decide between XXX & XXX. The range of companies presented that I interviewed with showed a complete coverage and enabled me to see first hand the Aussie market. From the initial meeting you stated what would happen and how, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised to find it went to your words (where past experiences with other companies have not worked so well). Great practice of the old phrase "do what you say you are going to do".

Just wanted to send an email through to you to comment on the professionalism and approach Natalie Hall took in my meeting with her on Tuesday 2nd October.
Despite only meeting over the course of half an hour, Natalie was fantastic in tapping into my strengths and direction. This is despite a recent and rather sharp turn in my career path.
With my own heavy background in corporate methodologies and jargon, it was so refreshing to be interviewed in a way that deliberately avoided standard, bland, carbon copy questioning and that looked into finding my motivators, directions and intent. This obviously has the overall effective result in understanding and identifying the right candidates for the right clients. Natalie's genuine and personal way of working with people is sorely lacking in many organisations and corporations nowadays.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Marker Consulting and hope to have more to do with you in the future.
