Roxana Rafsandjani - Regional Manager
Roxana joined Marker Consulting in August 2004 as a Principal Consultant, after experiencing success in the Sales, Marketing and Recruitment industries across Australia and Austria. Since commencing with Marker Consulting, Roxana has enjoyed success in placing professional and executive staff across all levels of the Recruitment industry in Victoria and throughout Australia.

Roxana delivers expert service and consultation to her candidates and clients. Holding a Bachelor of Psychology and currently completing her MBA, Roxana is adept at understanding the needs and motivations of people and has an excellent ability to identify growth sectors within a given industry and, as such, has expanded the focus of Marker Consulting’s commercial business to encompass a National Account Team.

In October 2007, Roxana moved into her new role as National Account Manager which sees Roxana and her team servicing selected key accounts nationally.

In July 2008, Roxana's responsibilities expanded to include the management of the Commercial Team in Sydney.

Lisa Moyden - Commercial Team Manager
Lisa has over 15 years recruitment industry experience where she has undertaken various consulting and general management roles, predominantly working within the commercial Office Support and Executive fields. Lisa has a passion for people and her focus on quality service and continued relations is paramount in her success. Lisa prides herself on her ability to work alongside her clients, gaining a clear understanding of their requirements and securing the right people for their organisation. She has built ongoing, strong relationships with both her candidates and clients, which is evident with ongoing referrals she gains from everyone she deals with. With a Diploma of Human Resource Management and continued education relevant to the recruitment industry, Lisa stays abreast of current market conditions.

Rachael Laing - Principal Consultant
Rachael joined Marker Consulting in May 2008 as a Principal Consultant working within the Commercial Division. Rachael brings with her 3 years experience as an Accountancy and Finance permanent recruiter, working within a high profile multinational recruitment agency.

With a strong belief in developing long-term client relationships and providing high service levels to both candidates and clients, Rachael has enjoyed much success within this industry. Rachael managed a large client portfolio in the Gold Coast market where she was instrumental in securing exclusive business. Rachael acted as an extension of her clients’ business and provided guidance during critical growth phases and consulting on career development and key business issues.

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and International Business (Hons).

Jenny Bradley - Principal Consultant
Jenny commenced with Marker Consulting in July 2007, as a Principal Consultant. She has over eight years experience within the recruitment industry, having worked across all sectors (including Banking & Finance, Office Support / Volume Recruitment and Engineering).

Jenny's experience includes successfully developing and maintaining some impressive key accounts within her previous roles, together with leadership of consulting teams. Jenny's hands-on experience and depth of understanding of the recruitment industry ensures she will add value to our clients and candidates by way of delivering a consultative, solutions based service. Jenny is a polished professional who prides herself on building sustainable long term relationships with clients and candidates, and is committed to providing an outstanding level of service.

Steven Kelm - Principal Consultant, Employment Services Division
Steven commenced with Marker Consulting in June 2008, as a Principal Consultant within the Employment Services Division. He is presently working across roles within Western Australia and Victoria.

Steven has over five years experience in the Job Network, working his way up from an entry level Administration position through to Job Search Training, and finally working as a Case Manager. Prior to this, Steven held a variety of roles while working his way around Australia - including on a station in the Kimberleys and also as a mechanic. However, primarily he was employed with the family business in various capacities.
