Kate Wright - Commercial Team Manager, VIC
Kate joined the Melbourne office of Marker Consulting in March 2004 as a Principal Consultant, and has since been promoted to Commercial Team Manager VIC. Kate holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a major in Psychology, and entered the recruitment industry at the completion of her studies in 1998. With a background in traditional executive recruitment, Kate enjoyed success in end-to-end consulting roles prior to joining Marker Consulting, and has focused on both contract and permanent generalist recruitment.

Pernille Cavanough - Principal Consultant
Pernille joined Marker Consulting in September 2007 as a Principal Consultant. After five years working in both property management and sales in Melbourne's Real Estate market, in 2000 she transitioned into recruiting for the Property Industry. Pernille started her own boutique property recruitment business in 2003, which she sold to her two partners in 2006 - so she has first hand experience as both a client and a candidate.
Pernille has been a Licensed Estate Agent since 1998 and her qualifications include an MBA, 2005 finishing head of the class in Entrepreneurial Strategy. Pernille brings over seven years of recruitment experience to the Marker team and her skills span across managing end-to-end permanent recruitment, building profitable contract desks, business development as well as managing successful small businesses.
Pernille's passion for the recruitment industry and her drive for continual success align her well with the Marker consultative, solution-based approach for both clients and candidates.

Belinda Harding – Principal Consultant
Belinda joined the Melbourne office of Marker Consulting in September 2008, as a Principal Consultant. Commencing her career within the recruitment industry in 2002 in a support role, Belinda has experience throughout the field of recruitment, moving into account management before progressing to a consulting role with a global recruiter in their Melbourne office.
In 2007, Belinda spent a year in Ireland where she managed a temporary desk and gained invaluable international experience recruiting across a number of commercial sectors.
Belinda values relationship building and maintaining transparent communication. She is driven by delivering the best options for clients and candidates, and always striving for a successful outcome for all parties.

Alexandra Morgan - Principal Consultant (National Accounts VIC)
Alex commenced with Marker Consulting in March 2008, bringing with her five years of recruitment experience, specialising in Industrial and Payroll / Finance recruitment. Upon completion of her Bachelor of Arts (Marketing and Politics) in 1999, Alex joined a small boutique industrial recruitment firm where she developed her recruitment skills juggling both temp and perm recruitment along with managing all administrative functions of the office – a challenging yet very rewarding experience.
After her first two years in recruitment, Alex undertook a sabbatical in the UK where she worked in an investment management firm and travelled extensively throughout Europe. Upon her return to Melbourne in 2003, Alex re-entered the recruitment industry and her career has gone from strength to strength in the industry she is passionate about. Alex has since completed Post Graduate studies in Human Resource Management, and in her role at Marker Consulting is focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the Melbourne marketplace.

Genevieve Tran - Principal Consultant, Employment Services Div'n
Genevieve joined the Employment Services team in Melbourne as a Principal Consultant, in April 2006. Genevieve has most recently been working as an English Teacher in Tokyo, where she strengthened her experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Prior to this, her background was within one of Victoria's highest performing Job Network sites, where she demonstrated consistent success as a Job Search Trainer. Genevieve's experience and passion for the industry provides her with the ability and knowledge to understand the demands of Employment Services and recruit candidates of the highest calibre.
Genevieve has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Sciences and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Natalie Hall – Principal Consultant, Employment Services Division
For the past 8 years, Natalie has been working in the VET sector in a variety of roles including Administration, Training Manager / Consultant and Project Management for both TAFE and private Registered Training Organisations. Natalie is now looking forward to drawing on her knowledge of the complexities affecting the VET sector, and her experiences gained in working with Registered Training Organisations and their clientele to enable her to provide the best possible service through networking, relationship building and staying in touch with changes and updates within the industry.
Natalie is very excited to be part of the Marker Consulting team and looks forward to servicing the VET sector.

Steven Kelm - Principal Consultant, Employment Services Division
Steven commenced with Marker Consulting in June 2008, as a Principal Consultant within the Employment Services Division. He is presently working across roles within Western Australia and Victoria.
Steven has over five years experience in the Job Network, working his way up from an entry level Administration position through to Job Search Training, and finally working as a Case Manager. Prior to this, Steven held a variety of roles while working his way around Australia - including on a station in the Kimberleys and also as a mechanic. However, primarily he was employed with the family business in various capacities.

Jenelle Tiberi – Team Assistant
Jenelle joined Marker Consulting in March 2008 as the Team Assistant for their Melbourne office, after gaining previous administration experience in the blue collar recruitment industry. Prior to this, Jenelle worked in customer service and held other administration roles in industries varying from transport logistics to finance.
Away from the work environment, Jenelle enjoys sport and has won awards including at the Australian Championships for Taekwondo, a sport which she practiced for two years. Jenelle also has a strong interest in travelling overseas and learning about different cultures and lifestyles.
Jenelle is eager to study recruitment and related courses to further her knowledge in recruitment and work toward her goal of becoming a consultant.
