Rachael brings with her 3 years experience as an Accountancy and Finance permanent recruiter, working within a high profile multinational recruitment agency. <br/><br/>With a strong belief in developing long-term client relationships and providing high service levels to both candidates and clients, Rachael has enjoyed much success within this industry. Rachael managed a large client portfolio in the Gold Coast market where she was instrumental in securing exclusive business. He has held a variety of roles in the Employment Service arena, such as Team Leader, Job Search Trainer, Case Manager, DEN Case Manager and Job Placement / Reverse Marketer. During his five years in the industry, Jeremy has gained a very thorough understanding of the DEEWR contract and has extensive knowledge of what is required to gain results. Jeremy has exceptional knowledge of additional programs such as PSP, VRS and JPET, not to mention Apprenticeships and Group Training organizations.<br/><br/>Jeremy&#8217;s previous roles have seen him situated in both city and rural locations, which has increased his ability to understand client needs.
