					  <description><![CDATA[<span>Due to the instability of the Employment Services industry and the government contracts, often the industry experiences changes in staffing needs, locations and in worst case situations, redundancy can result.</span>
<p><span>Outplacement is the counselling, support, guidance and training provided to employees faced with redundancy or career change. These services facilitate the individual's transition into alternate employment with another organisation, through the provision of a tailored support program.</span></p>
<p><span><br/>The trauma associated with job loss or career change is very serious and requires special treatment and management. Having to tell people that their role(s) will cease to exist is very difficult. <p align="left"><i><span>Group Training</span></i><span> is an arrangement where a Group Training Company employs Apprentices and Trainees and engages small or large businesses to host their employment until they are qualified within the specific industry. While they are undertaking their industry training, the Group Training Company acts as the primary employer which elevates the cost and monetary responsibilities for small business who employ un-skilled workers. </span></p>
<p align="left"><span>'RTO' stands for <i>'registered training organisation'</i>. RTO's are registered by state and territory training authorities to deliver nationally recognised training&#8212;which is the facilitation of national competencies and assessment of those competencies within the national frame work. Set by the federal Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations.</span></p>
<p align="left"><i><span>Australian Apprenticeships Centres</span></i><span> (formerly New Apprenticeships Centres) are the experts on Australian Apprenticeships and are an ideal first port of call for those seeking advice and help or a general overview of the Australian Apprenticeships scheme. They have been contracted by DEEWR (Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations) the federal education body to provide information and assistance to employers and Australian Apprentices, doing all administration and assisting in the claiming of Federal Australian&nbsp;Government incentive payments.</span></p>]]></description>
